Portable Documents. Built into the KIP 7100 is a USB port which allows users to instantly view and print documents or full collated sets from their USB drive. Plus, you can scan documents directly onto a USB drive in a variety of formats including PDF, TIF and DWF.

Advanced Color Output. KIP Color Advanced software makes it possible to scan, copy and print in color. Plus, it has the ability to integrate with multiple printers, print graphic and technical files and output documents in a variety of formats.

Cost Accounting. Keep track of your system using cost reporting on your device. The system can generate detailed reports that include time, date, user name, job names, media and related costs.
