OneRIP 2 now offers a web browser-based interface, so you have full access to all its features from any computer on the network, even a Mac or Linux computer.  Print right from the web, or print from any desktop application using the OneDriver universal driver.  OneRIP 2 offers cluster printing as a standard feature, so your printers work even faster and more reliably for those important documents.

• HotTicket:
  Save your print settings as HotTickets.  You can then apply the HotTicket setting to any print job, for any printer.  Perfect for repetitive printing, such as newsletters, reports, flyers, etc.
• Clustering:
  Group your printers together for faster, more reliable printing.  Your documents will finish printing in a fraction of the time, and if one printer is disabled, your print job will be handled by the other printers in the cluster.
• HotBox scanning:
  With HotBox, you can scan and distribute files in one easy step. Set up HotBox destinations just once, then use HotBox numbers as shortcut scan codes at any connected bizhub device.
• Email notification:
  OneRIP 2 can send you (or anyone) an email to notify you when your job is done.
• Faxing:
  With optional LightningFAX software, your OneRIP 2 server becomes a powerful fax solution. You can broadcast faxes, schedule faxes for specific times, send and receive digital faxes, fax to/from computers and more.
• HotDrop hot folder printing:
  Drag and drop a file into a HotDrop folder set up to print to any bizhub device – even clustered devices to output print documents faster.
• Simultaneous RIP & Print:
  Optimizes OneRIP 2’s processing power, so your server works as fast as it can.  And you get your prints as fast as you can.
• Imposition (OneWeb only):
  Easily print the most popular page layouts: booklet, step and repeat, 2-up, etc.  OneRIP 2 ships with 14 standard imposition templates.
• Job Priority:
  Set a priority for your print job.  High priority jobs move ahead of lower priority jobs, so the urgent documents don’t have to wait.
• Proof print mode:
  Setting up a complicated print job?  Easily print a proof copy to view first, and then decide if you want to continue.
• Job Save:
  Save your print job for easy reprinting later.  You can even save the print-ready file to save processing time later.
• N-up printing:
  Print multiple pages on one sheet of paper, no matter how your document file is set up.  Good for proofing long documents and saving paper.
• Transparency Interleave:
  Inserts a sheet of regular paper between your transparency prints.  You can even choose to print a duplicate image on each sheet of paper so you get a paper copy of the document to go with the transparencies.
• Covers:
  Automatically insert special paper to use for front and back covers, even without a Cover Inserter.
• Insert pages:
  Insert pages from any tray, anywhere in your document.

• Watermark:
  Create a custom watermark in any font, and put it anywhere on the page.
